WHAT We DO
Himal Hydro boasts of its unchallenged capability in Nepal for the construction of Ropeways. Starting with the Andikhola ropeway in 1984 for transporting construction materials for the project Himal Hydro has constructed various ropeways of various lengths and capacities.
We boast of undertaking the ropeway in most difficult terrain we can imagine, Manakamana cable car project, 3km.
We designed and conducted the feasibility study of more than half a dozen ropeways in remote areas, including one in the remotest part of Nepal the Karnali zone.Himal Hydro has working relationship with major European companies if this field including HMV-Norway.
